Vice (ڤلثې in Demonic) is the current Lady Of All Demons, elected by Hell's Congress to be the planet's leader after Oblivion.
Biography[]
Vice was a friend of Reaper and a political opponent to Oblivion. When the latter was killed, Vice was elected to replace him as the new Lady Of All Demons.
Unlike Oblivion's isolationist position, Vice is pushing for further Demon partecipation in galactic politics.
With Oblivion dead, she oversaw the closure of the Assembly Of The Nine Gods in his place.
Powers[]
Vice's powers stem from her alien Demon physiology and her connection to the Blood, an energy field that connects all living creaturs.
Superhuman strenght, durability and reflexes: Vice is far stronger than any human.
Redundant organs and healing factor: Demons are exceptionally hard to kill with conventional means, thanks to redundancies to vital organs and fast healing times
Resistance to mind attacks: Demon minds are different enough from human minds to make telepathic attacks more difficult
Energy constructs: By accessing the Blood, Vice can generate at will solid constructs.
Portal generation: Through her "Stairwell to Hell" tecnique, Vice can cut a portal directly through the Blood.
Increased lifespan: Demons age approximately four times more slowly than humans. Vice is over 250 years old, which would make her a 60 years old woman in Demon years, but Torn remarks she could pass for 40.
